A few things to know
Use your activation link within 5 days.Links may expire after this period. An unused or expired link cannot be replaced or refunded after 5 days.
1-month plan warranty
The seller’s plan warranty lasts 1 month from the date of purchase. The subscription offer lasts 18 months; the warranty does not cover that full duration.
Contact us during the warranty period for plan issues. Confirm the applicable remedy with us before purchase. Activation-link issues must be reported within the separate 5-day activation window.
Evidence needed for a replacement
A smooth, uninterrupted screen recording is required. Start recording before you first view the link on your order page and continue through the activation attempt, showing that the link does not work.
Edited or cut recordings do not meet the replacement evidence requirement. Contact support within 5 days for activation-link issues.
